How long does delivery take?
After placing your order, please allow an estimated 7-13 business days for your item to be processed and arrive at our local dispatch facility. This includes quality checks to ensure your product meets our standards. Following this, your order will be dispatched via our courier partners (like Aramex or PUDO). You will receive a tracking number via email at this stage with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What if my order is delayed?
If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you by email.
For heavy delays, we’ll send you a discount code as compensation — the longer the delay, the larger the discount.

FREE Nationwide Delivery for all orders R500 and above.
R99 Flat Rate Delivery for all orders below R500, fulfilled via Aramex Store-to-Door courier.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, youmustcontact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and/or videos of the damaged item and the packaging. This 24-hour window is crucial for us to process any claims with our couriers and insurance. Reports received after 24 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
